The Fort Defiance General Store is here to serve the Red Hook community seven days a week — 8am to 7pm weekdays, 10am-7pm weekends. We are proudly stocking our shelves with the freshest produce and meats from Hudson Valley and Pennsylvania farms, plus everything you need to whip up a quick dinner or the perfect meat and cheese plate.

Our espresso bar brews Counter Culture coffee, and our pastry case is always stocked with house-made treats, plus croissants and freshly-baked bread from Pain D’Avignon. Our famous biscuits are back for your morning egg sandwich, plus a full menu of lunchtime sandwiches, soups and salads.
